This retreat explores health aspects of the body, mind, and personality.
Asanas are used to improve imbalances within the body, pranayama helps to relieve tension and anxiety while detoxing the body, as well improve your breathing capacity and meditation heals mental stress and infuses serenity.
We will talk about Ayurvedic theory and Nutrition to determine your dosha and develop a list of practices and foods for you to take with you after the retreat and use this ancient healing approach to detox the body and maintain health.

12:00-14:00 Ayurvedic cooking together and Eat
14:30-16:30 Ayurvedic Self-Care theory and identifying your constitution
16:30 leave to the beach
18:00 -19:15 Qigong at Sunset (beach)*
